The premature grey hair is the phenomenon in which the hair starts turning grey in color due to less secretion of melanin which is present in the pigment cells of hair follicles which provides moisture to the hair and is responsible for the dark hair color due to some underlying vitamin deficiency, anemia, and other medical conditions.

  •  Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water in a day, preferably lukewarm. Also can have chaach, tender coconut water, sugarcane juice, bael sharbat.
  •  Use ghee over your food. Avoid eating dry food.
  • Include more natural bitter taste in your meal, such as spinach, broccoli, cabbage, and other green leafy vegetables, and dals.
  • Exercise daily for up to 1 hour. Keep a mild exercise routine that doesn't strain or exert you. Focus on your breathing while exercising.
  • Any exercise including yoga asanas should be done gently and calmly, not aggressively or quickly.
  • At least 1 hour before sleeping avoid watching T.V., using the phone, or anything that stimulates the mind.
