However, we insist on making certain things clear to you in advance regarding the refund policy. Some important things to consider are:
- The replacement of the product is subject to the availability of that particular product in our stock. We might need extra time to resend you the product if you show interest in re-purchase.
- The refund will be processed only after the authenticity of the product returned to us has been verified in terms of quantity and quality. Used product will not qualify for the refund process.
- We exempt ourselves from refunding the amount if the product is damaged due to conditions beyond human control like natural calamities, fire or water. Any product found damaged due to box compression, scratches, etc are also not eligible for claiming a refund.
- Refund process will take time as the claim is subject to investigation for genuineness; however, we assure you that the whole process will be carried out in the least possible time.
- The refund will be made to that source only (credit card/debit card/wallet/upi/cash) using which the payment has been made. If it is a cash payment, the refund will reach you in the form of cheque and intimation regarding the same will be sent to you in advance through SMS and email.
